Cancellation policy
The notice periods below apply to standard and intensive lessons alike — the details are further down this page.
Driving lessons — 5 hours or less in one week period — 48 hours' minimum notice to cancel.
Intensive training — 6 hours or more in one week period — 14 days' minimum notice to cancel. See our intensive courses page for how this training is structured.
Lessons cancelled with less than the required notice, or missed without notice, will be charged in full. Pre-paid lessons that are missed are non-refundable.
A one-week period runs Monday to Sunday.
